Information International Associates passed its first ISO surveillance audit with no findings, showing its dedicated commitment to the quality of services offered to their customers. ISO audits take place periodically to ensure that IIa’s processes still meet the quality management standards by which ISO registration is achieved. Gaining ISO registration in 2008 was a milestone for IIa, and maintaining an ISO registration demonstrates to our customers that we are dedicated to using efficient work processes and management systems to bring greater quality to the work we produce.

 

IIa uses several approaches to ensure the delivery of first class services and customer satisfaction. IIa ensures that customer needs and expectations are determined, converted into requirements, and fulfilled with the aim of achieving customer satisfaction. IIa also abides by quality standards as outlined in our quality policy and pursues perpetual improvement of that system. IIa evidences its commitment to the development and improvement of the IIa quality management system by communicating to the organization the importance of meeting requirements, conducting management reviews, and ensuring the availability of necessary resources.
