Education and Training Management

In our support services at two U.S. facilities, two RAF sites  in the UK, USAFE, Ramstein, and two additional bases in Germany, IIa provides an integrated technical approach that ensures high-quality, customer-focused services. Our services, recognized with "Best in Command" awards, include

• base-enlisted specialty training (BEST)

• personnel systems management
• military records management
• human resources development
• education services, including distance learning, on-the-job training, and testing services
• civilian employee development and training and military formal training
• staff assistance visits to all units on base enlisted training
